Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a trainee solicitor to join our busy Fort William office. The role is, primarily, within our Conveyancing department but with the potential to work across a variety of departments, including Family Law, Private Client, Crofting and Commercial.

Main tasks:
Working alongside Partners/Solicitors/Paralegals
Assisting with busy and varied caseloads from start to finish
Providing support in drafting legal documents
Legal Research
Corresponding with clients and other solicitors
Assisting in the promotion of the Firm/Department
Requirements:
Degree in Law (Scottish) or pass in all prescribed exams via Law Society of Scotland’s alternative route to qualifying
Diploma in Professional Legal Practice
Confident in using technology
Experience working with Microsoft Office
Strong communication and organisational skills
Positive outlook and attitude
Start Date: Immediate/Spring 2025
