Job Description

Supervising Paralegal - Property Recoveries
Glasgow or Edinburgh (Hybrid)
Salary: £36,000 to £45,000 plus Bonus and Benefits

Looking for an experienced Paralegal or Solicitor to join a growing Property Recoveries Team as a Supervisor. Working closely with the Associate and Team Head, you’ll provide guidance to a group of motivated junior team members, including paralegals and trainee solicitors.

This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee a busy team handling property damage claims for a mix of insurer and corporate clients. You'll also manage your own small caseload with a billing target of £60,000.

This team started with 5 members and has now grown to 33. The team thrives on collaboration, offering a fun, supportive, and social environment. With strong client relationships and increasing tenders, there’s room for growth and involvement in client development for those interested.

The firm are open to backgrounds, recognising this is a niche area of practice. Ideal candidates may have experience in:

Personal Injury, Property Recoveries, Debt Recovery, or Credit Hire.
Supervising or mentoring team members (helpful but not essential).
Working with insurers or corporate clients.
