Job Description

Solicitor – Property Damage Litigation (0-2 PQE)

Location: Glasgow (Remote options available)
Salary: Up to £45,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Solicitor (0-2 PQE) to join a specialist Property Damage Litigation team. This role offers a dynamic caseload covering pursuer and defender litigation in the Sheriff Court and Court of Session, with work spanning construction disputes, contractual litigation, and subrogated insurance claims.

The Role:

Handle a varied caseload of complex civil and commercial litigation.
Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
Work closely with senior colleagues on high-value disputes (£300K+).
Engage in client management, supervision, and business development opportunities.


Ideal Candidate:

NQ-2 years PQE with litigation experience.
Strong court advocacy skills and confidence in instructing counsel.
Ability to manage a fast-paced caseload independently and collaboratively.
