A leading offshore Law Firm is currently seeking an Associate for its Financial Services and Regulatory Team in Jersey.

Job Description

This dynamic and engaging role includes advising clients on trust disputes, commercial litigation, fraud, and asset recovery, with a particular focus on non-contentious or semi-contentious financial services regulatory matters. Key tasks will include:

Advising and representing clients in disputes, particularly within financial services and regulation.
Supporting and contributing to the growth of the firm’s Financial Services and Regulatory Team.
Assisting in preparing cases for court, covering litigation, trust disputes, commercial matters, and supporting the Crown Advocate in criminal prosecutions.
Providing guidance on financial crime, regulatory investigations, sanctions, anti-bribery, data protection, and regulatory law compliance.

To be considered for this role, you will be at the 1-6 years’ PQE with experience in commercial litigation and trust disputes. Experience in all preparations necessary for court is also desirable.
