What can you bring:
You'll have a minimum of 3 years' post qualifying commercial litigation experience, this shall include acting for clients on a wide range of contentious matters and you'll need a strong track record of successfully conducting hearings at the Sheriff Courts and Court of Session and have strong advocacy skills.
You'll enjoy having autonomy for your own caseload but equally will be willing to work together as part of a team. You'll also enjoy playing an active role in business development and will be happy to assist and mentor less experienced team members. It goes without saying your client facing skills shall be flawless and you'll build great rapport with clients easily.
You'll also be commercially aware and be someone who is very driven and will thrive on exceeding your fee earning targets.
