The role involves working closely with clients and colleagues in areas including, but not limited to, share incentives, regulation, media and technology, and real estate.
The team welcomes applications from candidates with 2-6 years’ PQE level and strong corporate finance transactional experience. However, candidates with less experience in this area who demonstrate enthusiasm for applying their skills to this dynamic work will also be considered.
