Top tier firm with a network of offices throughout Scotland re seeking ambitious Senior Solicitors/Associates for their expanding Rural teams located,
Edinburgh, Glasgow & Perth offices.
Interesting and varied role encompassing a full range of rural work including dealing with the purchase and sale of estates, forests, farms and country houses, together with advising on crofting issues and agricultural holdings legislation.
We would like to hear from individuals who possess the desire to actively contribute to the development of our successful and forward-thinking team. Individuals who demonstrate confidence in working independently and running their own caseload, but also be willing and able to work with other members of the team on larger or more complex transactions.
Ideally our client is seeking applications from candidates with at least 3-5 years’ PQE, however applications from other candidates will also be considered.
These are full-time positions however consideration will also be given to part time and flexible working arrangements.
