The successful candidate will join a dedicated Employment Law Team, where they will work with both employers and employees to offer practical, commercial solutions for workplace issues. Key areas will include litigation and disputes, risk management, tribunals, employment contracts, workplace policies and compliance. The team places a strong emphasis on building trusted advisor relationships with clients and excels in Tribunal advocacy, negotiations, and all areas of Employment Law and HR.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years’ PQE with extensive experience in employment law. The ability to deliver exceptional client service, show initiative, work independently, and demonstrate ambition for career and professional development is key to this role.
