The team, ranked highly by legal directories, provides expert advice on corporate transactions, property tax, employee share incentives, and tax planning.
Key responsibilities include:
Advising on tax aspects of corporate and property transactions
Providing guidance on VAT, SDLT/LBTT, capital allowances, and tax structuring
Supporting tax planning, restructuring, and employee share schemes
Participating in client updates, seminars, and business development activities
Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years’ PQE with relevant experience, a strong interest in tax, excellent communication, and business development skills.
