This leading UK-based financial institution is currently recruiting for an experienced In-house Corporate Lawyer to join its dynamic legal team in Glasgow.

Job Description

In this role, you will lead and provide professional legal advice and act as an effective legal business partner to the institution’s established clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years’ PQE with expertise in all areas of corporate law, corporate advisory, and regulation. You will oversee transactional processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate financial records.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing legal documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and other transactional documentation.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as legal counsel, credit risk management, and other departments.
Ensuring all Transaction Services and Documentation activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
