Our client, a highly regarded international law firm, is currently recruiting a Senior Associate to join its busy Corporate and Funds team in Guernsey.

Job Description

The team consists of diverse lawyers from various global jurisdictions, bringing a wealth of experience.

The role involves providing legal advice on funds matters, drafting documents, and collaborating with clients and the team on corporate and regulatory issues. You will manage financial responsibilities, meet chargeable hour targets, and assist with onboarding clients. Staying updated on legislation, contributing to know-how development, and mentoring junior staff are also key aspects of the role.

You will be a driven and ambitious lawyer with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE, ideally with extensive experience in funds, preferably gained from a reputable law firm. Strong drafting and written communication skills, along with a proven history of consistent performance and recognised expertise in funds work, are essential.
