Job Description

We are seeking a restructuring solicitor (NQ-5) to join this Restructuring team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. This role involves supporting restructuring partners in Scotland and collaborating with the firm's national team to help clients manage complex financial situations.
 
About the Team
The team have a strong reputation in Scotland, working with UK and international banks, as well as a wide range of borrowers. The team advises on finance projects, including acquisitions, real estate finance, and debt markets. Known for their collaborative approach, they support sectors such as financial services, real estate, hospitality, retail, and education.
 
The successful candidate will:

  • Be qualified in Scotland or England
  • Have experience in a commercial firm or a strong interest in learning
  • Enjoy working closely with colleagues and clients
  • Demonstrate technical skills and commercial awareness
  • Bring a positive, team-oriented approach
