Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Glasgow – 5 years PQE

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our clients well-established legal team in Glasgow. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to take a leading role in a busy and reputable conveyancing department with a strong pipeline of high-quality work.

About the Role
You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title. You will also support junior team members and play a key role in developing client relationships and contributing to the growth of the department.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions with minimal supervision
• Managing a varied caseload efficiently and effectively
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and quality standards
• Supporting and mentoring junior solicitors and conveyancing assistants
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and lenders

About You

• A qualified Solicitor (Scotland) with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge and a proven ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Excellent communication and client-care skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
• A team player with leadership potential and a collaborative mindset
