The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of title, and discharges. They will be expected to provide expert legal advice, draft and review documentation, and maintain strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions with efficiency and accuracy
• Conducting title examinations and ensuring all legal requirements are met
• Maintaining excellent relationships with existing referrers and identifying new business opportunities
• Delivering a high standard of client service, ensuring regular communication and support
• Assisting junior team members, offering guidance and mentorship where required
