The role will involve working with blue-chip clients and developing skills to provide excellent legal services. Key responsibilities will include:
• Drafting, negotiating, and finalising leases and lease documents for landlords and tenants.
• Handling property purchases and sale contracts, including due diligence and client reporting.
• Preparing and negotiating servitudes, wayleaves, and third-party land rights documents.
• Collaborating effectively with other Real Estate Division teams.
• Supporting team business development, events, and internal seminars.
The ideal candidate for this role will have between NQ-4 years’ PQE with relevant real estate experience.
