Renewable Energy Associate/Senior Associate. (Full or Part Time)

5+pqe – Glasgow or Edinburgh

c£75k+neg (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Package.

Due to continued business growth, a truly unique career opportunity has arisen for a Senior Lawyer to join top tier Renewables team, this opportunity can be based Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Our client is open to full or part time working patterns.

Working alongside a team of highly regarded renewable energy lawyers who are all ranked individuals in Chambers and Legal 500.

The team provide a partner led service to a diverse client base providing essential strategic advice on all aspects of property, planning, corporate tax and agricultural matters.

The team are recognised within the profession for the outstanding quality of work they deliver utilising their industry expertise and depth of experience within the team.  

The type of work and legal advice the team provide includes:

·      due diligence in relation to acquisition, funding or investment in projects;

·      securing the clients property package into marketable/fundable form;

·      advising landowners on options available regarding renewables developments on their land;

·      particular property structures for sharing assets and infrastructure; community developments; and small scale projects.

We are interested to hear from 5+pqe experienced renewable solicitor who is seeking to further develop their career within this specialist sector, and who enjoys working on high value renewable property projects.
