Job Description

A leading team is seeking a real estate solicitor to join their collaborative and supportive Edinburgh office. This is an excellent opportunity to work across a wide range of commercial property matters and gain hands-on experience with high-quality clients.

The role involves a varied mix of work including:

  • Property investment transactions – sales, purchases, and commercial leasing (primarily landlord-side)
  • Property finance – predominantly lender-side, with some borrower work
  • Leasing for a range of tenant occupiers

The successful candidate will ideally have some experience in property law and demonstrate confidence handling transactions from end to end. A proactive approach, strong drafting skills, and the ability to manage deadlines are key.

The team offers an encouraging environment with exposure to a broad range of real estate work, including opportunities to support matters relating to the energy sector.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage workload independently, with support as needed
  • Interest in business development and client relationship building
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth

This is a great chance to develop within a team that values expertise, collaboration, and delivering practical solutions to clients.
