We are seeking a skilled real estate disputes lawyer with 4-6 years' PQE to join a leading Real Estate Disputes team in Edinburgh.

About the Role

Join a dynamic team renowned for their commercial insight and impact in real estate disputes. You’ll work closely with clients and contribute to high-profile projects across the UK, handling a range of real estate disputes, including landlord/tenant issues, dilapidations, statutory compensation, and energy sector matters.

You’ll be encouraged to engage in business development initiatives across Scotland and London, actively contributing to the team’s growth and profile.

About You

As an ideal candidate, you will:

- Hold Scots Law qualifications and demonstrate experience in real estate and litigation.
- Have a keen commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of case management.
- Be comfortable taking direct client instructions, drafting documents, and engaging with Counsel.
- Show initiative in building client relationships and the team’s market presence.
