The role will involve working with blue-chip clients and developing skills to provide excellent legal services. Key responsibilities will include:
Draft, negotiate, and finalise leases and related documents for landlords and tenants.
Negotiate and execute property purchase/sale contracts, including due diligence and client reporting.
Prepare and agree on servitudes, wayleaves, and documents related to third-party land rights.
Take a proactive approach to managing your finances as a fee-earner by accurately recording your time and ensuring timely invoicing.
The ideal candidate for this role will have between NQ-4 years’ PQE with previous experience in renewable energy matters relating to the property sector.
