Experience
Handling contractual disputes, tenancy disputes and boundary issues
Representing clients in both the Sheriff Court and the Court of Session
Advising on property law matters, including landlord-tenant disputes and neighbour disputes
Skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Exceptional client care and relationship management
Capability to work both independently and as part of a dynamic team
