A leading Professional Disputes team in Edinburgh is seeking a Solicitor with 2-7 years' PQE to join their growing practice.

The Opportunity

The successful candidate will work on a broad range of professional negligence and commercial disputes, primarily representing insurers and professionals, including construction specialists. The role offers exposure to litigation, arbitration, mediation, and disciplinary matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing individual cases in accordance with insurer service agreements
• Assisting on high-value and complex claims
• Representing clients in Sheriff Court and Court of Session proceedingsEn
• gaging in alternative dispute resolution processes
• Building strong client relationships and contributing to business development
• Developing advocacy skills, particularly in the Sheriff Court
