Overview

A growing firm is keen to recruit an experienced professional indemnity solicitor to join its highly regarded team handling complex, high-value claims across various professions.

Role Requirements

Experience:

Handling high-value and complex professional indemnity claims
Advising on case strategy, policy response and claim resolution
Preparing comprehensive reports and managing insurer/insured relationships
Conducting ADR, mediation, adjudications and preparing for court proceedings

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
Ability to manage critical deadlines and compliance with service level agreements
