Private Client Solicitor or Paralegal

Gillespie Gifford & Brown LLP is a law firm with offices in Castle Douglas and Dalbeattie, Dumfries and Galloway. We offer a range of legal services, and at this time we are particularly looking to expand our private client department. 

Role Description

Due to expansion we are looking to hire a private client solicitor or paralegal with the ability to work autonomously as well as being part of an Executry/Private Client team while handling a diverse workload.

As a solicitor your work will include:

• Executries, Trusts, Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Asset Protection, Estate and Succession Planning
• Building strong client relationships

As a paralegal your work will include:

• Assist with drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney
• Administration of Executries and Trusts
• Filing, organising and maintaining files 
• Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and third-party professionals on a range of private client matters
