Job Description

I would describe this successful private practice culture as relaxed, informal and supportive.

"It's not a huge firm, but that's part of what makes it such a great place to work. You are not a number, a cog in the wheel, you are very much seen and listened to" that's how some of their team described working with them.

Of course, you shall be given fee targets, (not initially), these will be set together once you are comfortable and up to speed with processes and systems. They shall also make sure you are supported in terms of further training and development. If you would like to attain STEP qualification or are currently working towards qualification they shall help you with that.

They are very keen to meet with talented and ambitious Private Client Solicitors who are looking to join a great firm where the emphasis is very much on client care and continuing to nurture and build strong relationships.

It is anticipated that you shall a minimum of 2 years' private client post qualifying experience which should include Wills, POAS, and executries. Experience of IHT and other tax related matters is preferred as is Trust experience, however it's not essential as you shall be supported to gain experience in these areas.

Please contact Deborah Collier at QED Legal on the details provided for more a confidential no obligation chat.
