Job Opportunity: Private Client Solicitor – England & Wales

Qualifications: Qualified/Dual Qualified

Location: Glasgow – or remote, with agreed office attendance

Overview:
A great opportunity has become available for a 2–4 years PQE Solicitor, qualified in England and Wales, to join a top-tier private client team. This role involves handling complex private client matters, including estate planning, trust administration and cross-border tax and succession issues. You’ll play a key part in growing the team’s English law capability and contributing to business development efforts.

Role Requirements:

Experience:

2–4 years PQE as a Solicitor, qualified in England & Wales (or dual qualified)
Hands-on experience with high-value and intricate private client matters
Proven ability to manage diverse client needs with excellence

Responsibilities:

Draft wills, powers of attorney and estate planning solutions for a diverse client base
Advise on trust and estate administration, including complex cross-border issues
Collaborate with colleagues on multi-disciplinary cases and client strategies

Skills:

Strong technical expertise and attention to detail in private client law
Exceptional communication and client relationship management abilities
Proactive approach to problem-solving and business development initiatives
