The Role

As a Private Client Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting solicitors and managing a varied caseload, assisting clients with:

• Wills & Estate Planning – Drafting wills and assisting with inheritance planning.
• Trusts – Helping to set up and manage trusts to protect assets.
• Executries – Supporting estate administration, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Powers of Attorney & Guardianships – Assisting clients with important legal protections.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised professional to contribute within a supportive and collaborative team.

What We’re Looking For

? Private Client Experience – Experience in private client law within the Scottish legal system.
? Strong Organisational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
? Client-Focused Approach – Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
? Case Management Skills – Confidence in handling files and liaising with clients throughout transactions.
? Legal Support – Ability to work closely with solicitors to ensure smooth case progression.
