Job Description

A leading firm in the field of Planning & Environment, renowned for their expertise in navigating complex legal matters within the Energy, Infrastructure, and Real Estate sectors are now seeking a Planning Senior Solicitor / Associate to join their team in Edinburgh or Glasgow. 
 
The role will involve advising on a variety of matters including;

  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance on consenting matters related to energy and infrastructure projects
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and obtain necessary approvals
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation including applications, agreements, and submissions to regulatory bodies

The successful candidate will be qualified, ideally have gained experience with a large regional or national practice and have at least 3 years' PQE in handling a range of planning/consenting matters and be able to demonstrate proficiency in key legislations.
