The team advises on major projects nationwide from new developments and infrastructure to regeneration schemes, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters for a broad range of clients, including government bodies, developers, and investors.
The ideal candidate will be newly qualified up to 4 years’ PQE, with strong communication skills. The role involves working independently, mentoring others, building a personal practice, and playing a key part in growing the team’s profile and success. Broad planning experience, ideally with some exposure to real estate matters, is desirable, along with a strong interest in developing your career in this area.
