They have an immediate opportunity for a fully qualified Personal Injury Solicitor to join their Accident Team to manage a caseload of litigated personal injury matters including EL/PL & OL.
You need to have a proven track record, be highly organised, and demonstrate competency in managing all aspects of litigation including plea drafting & motions and successfully negotiating settlements.
It's anticipated you shall have a minimum of 2 years' post qualifying experience, be commercially astute with the ability to meet/exceed targets and be someone who enjoys assisting and overseeing less experienced team members.
