Role Requirements
Experience:
Newly Qualified Solicitor - 1yr PQE, admitted in Scotland
Handling RTA, EL/PL, vehicle, and hire claims
Knowledge of Scottish civil litigation procedures and pre-action protocols
Skills:
Excellent communication and client management abilities
Effective drafting and case management skills
A proactive, problem-solving approach
