Overview:
Are you an experienced senior personal injury solicitor with a passion for team leadership and delivering results? In this position, you will lead a committed team alongside handling a litigated caseload.
Experience:
Experience supervising lawyers, especially in personal injury law (Employer Liability, Public Liability and Occupiers’ Liability cases)
In-depth knowledge of litigation procedures and personal injury law
Proven ability to set and meet performance targets in a legal setting
Skills:
Outstanding organisational, communication and leadership skills
Capability to mentor and develop solicitors, paralegals and trainees
Strong emphasis on compliance, case progression and cost recovery
