Overview:
We are recruiting for a personal injury solicitor to join a growing team. This role involves supporting clients affected by significant life events, including personal injury claims for survivors of historical abuse, individuals with complex injuries and families of those fatally injured.
Role Requirements:
At least 3 years of post-qualification experience
Background in Employer Liability, Occupiers’ Liability and Public Liability cases
Valid driving license and access to a car for travel
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload, focusing on strategic progression and cost recovery
Supervise and mentor junior team members
Ensure compliance with legal standards and enhance client communication
