You will manage a portfolio of pursuer injury claims, handling both pre-litigation and litigated cases while contributing to the firm’s ongoing success.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional client care.
Conducting client meetings and liaise with expert witnesses.
Analysing evidence and researching legal issues.
Drafting legal documents and court submissions.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills are essential, along with a minimum of one year of PQE. You should be confident in your professional development within personal injury law.
