You will become part of a talented team covering various personal injury claims, including RTA, public liability, industrial disease, and employer liability.
The ideal candidate for this position will be at the NQ-4 years’ PQE level, and the successful candidate can expect to manage their own caseload, involving both litigated and non-litigated matters. Regular court appearances throughout Scotland and the Court of Session are also expected, and previous experience handling complex cases would be beneficial.
