The role will involve managing a personal injury caseload, with a particular focus on employer and public liability matters. There will also be exposure to motor accident and medical negligence cases. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to conduct proofs, appear at procedural hearings, and be involved in all stages of litigation in the Sheriff Court.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a newly qualified solicitor. Previous experience in EL/PL work is highly preferred, and a background in medical negligence and personal injury litigation will be advantageous.
