The team supports a national client base, including employers and trustees, in navigating pension matters across both the public and private sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, demonstrating expertise in pensions-related advice and transactions. The role encompasses a diverse range of client engagements, including guidance on automatic enrolment, legal counsel on pensions and contentious matters, management of public sector pension issues, and handling pensions disputes and litigation.
