Our client, a leading UK law firm, is seeking a Practice Development Lawyer to join its Employment and Immigration team.

Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to create high-quality, engaging, and practical content for its award-winning HR and employment law platform. This requires a strong grasp of employment law and exceptional writing skills to convert complex legal concepts into clear, accessible content tailored for HR professionals and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and enhance practical employment law content for diverse audiences.
Support business growth through marketing, subscription management, and performance analysis.
Assist with research, training materials, and technology initiatives.

Candidates should have at least 5+ years’ PQE in employment law with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts into user-friendly resources. The role also involves supporting the team with research, training, and contributing to the growth of the platform.

The part-time role (3 days per week, with flexibility depending on experience) can be based in any of the firm’s offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen or Inverness.
