Our client is seeking an NQ - 2PQE Family Solicitor with experience of Family Law matters.
Key Responsibilities include;
Experience of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, children's matters, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation disputes.
Provide compassionate, accurate, and cost-effective legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times.
Conduct client interviews, draft legal documents, and effectively manage case files.
Attend court hearings, prepare witness statements, and instruct counsel as necessary.
Maintain excellent communication with clients, colleagues, and external professionals.
Stay up-to-date on developments in family law and contribute to the firm's knowledge base.
Uphold the firm's core values and demonstrate the highest standards of professional conduct.
The ideal candidate will possess;
Experience in Family Law.
Strong academic background and a thorough understanding of Family Law and procedure.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to handle a diverse caseload with minimal supervision.
Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality work.
Commitment to client care and a genuine passion for Family Law.
Accreditation as a Family Law Panel member or willingness to pursue accreditation is highly desirable.
