Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor | 3-5 years'

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join a major Projects & Infrastructure team in Edinburgh.

In this role, you’ll work on important construction and engineering projects across Scotland and beyond, including public sector procurements. This team supports a wide range of projects, from government-led construction initiatives to sustainable, net-zero-focused developments.

You will:

• Support complex, high-value projects from start to finish
• Advise public sector bodies, multinational companies, and lenders
• Work closely with senior team members who bring extensive expertise in non-contentious construction law

We are looking for a solicitor with around 3-5 years' PQE. If you have experience in non-contentious construction law, that’s great. However, if you have a strong commercial law background and want to specialise in this area, we’d also be interested in hearing from you.
