Exciting opportunity to join this successful Construction Team in Edinburgh. You will advise on all aspects of construction matters, including drafting construction contracts, collateral warranty agreements, performance bonds, guarantees, framework agreements, and other related project documents.
To be considered for this position, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE and prior experience in construction and capital projects. This role is suited to lawyers operating at Senior Associate level through to Legal Director level. Candidates at entry-level Partner stage will be expected to bring a client following or demonstrate a clear ability to contribute to business development.
