Job Description

The Role

Reporting to Non-Contentious Construction Partners, you’ll work on:

  • Construction aspects of major property developments and regeneration projects, including development agreements, building contracts, and professional appointments.
  • Significant engineering projects in the energy sector, such as onshore wind, hydro, solar, and tidal/wave initiatives.
  • You’ll collaborate with a prestigious client base, including developers, contractors, public sector bodies, funders, and consultants.

What We’re Looking For

  • A minimum of 8 years’ PQE in non-contentious construction law.
  • Strong drafting, transaction management, and client advisory skills.
  • A proactive approach to business development and mentoring.
