Member Registration Co-ordinator – Member Services team, £26,910pa, Permanent (35 hours per week)
We are looking to recruit a member registration co-ordinator to join our busy member registration team. The team is responsible for maintaining the records of all Scottish solicitors and all legal practices in Scotland.
The co-ordinator role includes a variety of administrative tasks from updating member details on the database to helping deal with incoming queries from members both via email and telephone.
The Law Society of Scotland is the professional body for over 13,000 Scottish solicitors and with over 170 staff members, our primary focus is to support a thriving profession of high quality and trusted solicitors in Scotland with access to justice for all. The work of the Member Services Team includes providing support and services to our members through our confidential helpline, continuing professional training, certification and accreditation programmes, affiliate programmes, as well as ensuring all members are registered to practice.
