Are you an experienced family lawyer, perhaps recently retired or working as a consultant, looking for a locum position that offers complete flexibility with the ability to work from home or within stylish offices in central Glasgow?
Ideally with 5yrs +PQE and familiar with all aspects of private family law work ( no legal aid) including divorce, financial provision, child related disputes , cohabitation disputes and agreements, pre- nuptial agreements, sheriff court procedure. You will be covering for a four week period of leave and be responsible for ensuring a seamless provision of service to existing clients. Appearance at procedural hearings (remote or otherwise) , together with drafting pleadings, settlement agreements, meeting and advising clients may be required depending on individual case needs during that period. Ability to work on your own essential.
The contract will be for four weeks from 6th to 31st January 2025 to cover a period of leave with a handover to run through current case load prior to these dates. Working hours may vary from day to day depending on workload. Renumeration negotiable.
