Overview: A great opportunity for a solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE, to join a dynamic team in Glasgow. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of litigated motor injury, fraud, and credit hire cases, while supporting the Partner.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 3 years PQE
Litigation experience (preferably in defender motor cases)
Familiarity with Sheriff Court procedures
Skills:
Excellent forensic and analytical skills
Effective communication abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in prioritising tasks and working under pressure
