This prominent offshore law firm is currently recruiting for a Litigation Solicitor to join its busy practice in Jersey.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be essential to the firm’s dispute resolution and litigation practice, which serves a diverse range of clients. The practice focuses on a wide range of contentious and semi-contentious areas, including investment funds, corporate and commercial litigation, banking, financial services, trust litigation, fraud, regulatory investigations, and employment disputes.

The firm is keen to consider applicants from newly qualified to more experienced levels who have strong experience in dispute resolution and litigation matters. A background in managing complex international and domestic cases will be advantageous. The firm particularly appreciates candidates who have shown dedication to litigation or dispute resolution during their recent training contracts and are keen to take on various transactional matters.
