The Opportunity – Legal Services Consultant

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Legal Services Consultant to join our talented legal team based at our Edinburgh Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated professionals with a background in legal support or sales to contribute to a forward-thinking firm committed to excellence.

You will become part of a diverse team of over 100 professionals, all driven by a shared passion for exceptional client care. McEwan Fraser Legal operates seven days a week to provide unrivaled service, and we offer flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient audio typing.
  • Manage client files, including updates, amendments, and maintaining case management systems.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in legal support or sales roles.
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in digital dictation for document preparation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Methodical and organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
