Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious Land & Property team in Edinburgh. They are seeking a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE. Dual qualification in Scottish law is a bonus but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a variety of conveyancing matters, including urban and rural properties in England and Wales.
  • Handle residential conveyancing, from modest to high-value properties.
  • Provide expert advice on property transactions and collaborate with private client experts.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision while managing challenging tasks.

The successful candidate will be:

  • A qualified lawyer in English and Welsh law with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
  • Experienced in residential conveyancing and knowledgeable about English and Welsh property transactions.
  • Commercially aware, self-sufficient, and a strong team player.
  • Enthusiastic about developing technical skills and advancing your legal career in a dynamic environment.
