Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with the Partner and will be responsible for handling a wide range of investment deals with both UK ‘blue-chip’ investors and also international. Some of the work you will be involved in includes well-known establishments such as shopping centres, retail parks, offices, logistics and high streets. Core tasks will involve –

Supporting developers in constructing student accommodation and transforming brownfield sites into vibrant communities.

To be considered for this position, you will be a newly qualified Lawyer who has completed a seat in commercial real estate during their traineeship. While this is desirable, it is not essential as long as interested applicants can demonstrate a keen interest in the property industry.

This is a great opportunity for a newly qualified Lawyer to develop their skills and knowledge in this area within a fast-paced and supportive team.
