This successful offshore law firm is currently recruiting for an Interim Professional Support Lawyer for a period of 12 months.

Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to provide professional legal support to fee earners in Financial Services and Regulatory matters across all offices within the knowledge management team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE and possess experience and expertise in corporate law, banking and finance, funds, and regulatory matters. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Reviewing existing workflow processes and introducing legal project management or other solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
Designing and delivering new training programmes to promote best practices, address ongoing development needs, and ensure that all fee earners are equipped with the necessary knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
Monitoring legal, regulatory, and other risk factors that may impact the firm.
