A leading law firm is currently seeking an Immigration Associate to join its Employment and Immigration team in Glasgow or Edinburgh.

Job Description

This role offers a fantastic opportunity to handle a dedicated immigration caseload while working alongside highly regarded practitioners in a collaborative and nationally connected team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and experience in both personal and corporate immigration. You will manage your own files, advising a wide range of clients, from household names to individuals, on matters such as sponsor licence applications, Skilled Worker visas, compliance and right-to-work advice, and family-related applications. Additional responsibilities include navigating the Sponsor Management System (SMS), conducting audits on sponsor compliance, and delivering client training.

This full-time, permanent role offers a blend of office and remote working, allowing for a flexible approach. The position provides an excellent platform to develop your expertise in immigration law while contributing to a well-respected team.
